Return and refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for our customers.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Order number must be provided
- Return request must be made via WhatsApp

Refund Process:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
